Kevin Conroy - "voice" of Batman in Batman: Arkham Asylum as well as many Batman cartoons - in During the Chicago Comic Entertainment Expo (C2E2) , provided some details on Arkham Asylum 2, assuming a probable date of release of the game.
An audience member asked for a possible release date for the title, which Conroy replied:
"We just recorded the tracks primary two weeks ago. .. . Then we will make a second batch of registration in August, so I think perhaps you are hoping to have it for Christmas. This is a tight time? I do not know, probably the release will be closer to spring. "
Assuming that Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 will be based on the same graphics engine of the first (Unreal Engine), it seems you may see a release until 2010. Conroy, however, as mentioned, the time window of four months from August to December is fairly quick to switch from recording to release, but if most of the dialogue has already been registered, we can hope that the records in August could be established only by the vocal sounds?
