Here they are:
1 - We should demand the establishment of a joint committee of guarantee (composed by members of the LNP and half to the other representatives from our members and possibly super Odg partes ") to lower the risk of unilateral decisions to our disadvantage in the case of disputes for registration and de-listing and application of all other provisions of the Regulations. In this sense, we should help the fact that the cooperation between the two realities - the world of football and journalism - is already provided for article 9 of Regulation REPORTS of between clubs and media. View: http://www.lega-calcio.it/comun/0708/Norme_RadioTV_0708.pdf
2 - To avoid misinterpretation and confusion of roles will need to ensure that, in Article .5 , are more clearly separate the different requirements that are required for the 'entry to' List of photojournalist who is and who the official photographer instead of a football club. Ideally, each of the two entities had its own list and separate regulation. This without wishing to diminish the role of anyone, but only in the interests of both realities. What does have, for example, photographers officers of the Company with the "ban" to use the images produced for purposes other than journalism? I am not there, precisely, to also cover the needs of the Company to have images to use beyond the news coverage?
3 - Also in Article 5 of the Regulation should be clarified that all the best photojournalists - header or freelance - should be equally included in any list (professional or public) or in the register of practitioners of Dawn dell'Odg and as reflected in their activities, having in place a pension situation Inpgi.
4 - Predict, always in art .5, which, given that currently some freelance photojournalist as a journalist while performing normally do so without the requirements of the law on the profession of journalist, must be provided - as a transitional valid for a maximum for two years - the application of that principle laid down in Article 6, paragraph C, is the regulation for broadcasters (see: http://www.lega-calcio.it/comun/0708/Regolamento_TV_0708.pdf ), is the one for the radio (see: http://www.lega-calcio.it/comun/0708/Regolamento_Radio_0708.pdf ) and which concerns, in fact, those who are making, or have just completed the 24-month "preparatory activities to become public." To prevent "infiltration", however, need to provide evidence that these photographers actually to journalistic activity through documentation, that may consist of examples of public statements from managers and tested copy of the allocation of VAT on the activity code (the 9240.0) of a journalistic equivalent.
5 - Adding Rules to a rule that also allows for photojournalists the opportunity to be able, for demonstrated need, the possible presence of a technical collaborator in the field, as it is already established for radio and TV journalists in Article 3 of the Rules of the relations between clubs and the media in art and .8 of both regulations for radio and television.
As always, if you feel like, well it turns my message to the gentlemen of the blog so that in the case of comments and suggestions, I can make any necessary adjustments.
soon,
Amedeo
